Block Chroma
This privacy policy applies to the Block Chroma mobile game ("the App"), published by Candeo Games LLC ("we").

Data We Collect
Block Chroma requires no account and never asks for your name, email or phone number. Your scores, adventure progress, coop album, Spark balance and settings are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. The App contains no analytics (usage-tracking) SDK.

We do not sell your personal data. The data above is shared only with the Google and Apple services named; their servers may be located outside your country (including the United States). Transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and Google's Data Processing Terms. After the "Remove Ads" purchase the ads SDK shows no ads.
Your Choices and Controls
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: Google's consent form (IAB TCF v2.2) is shown on first launch. You can change your decision at any time via Settings → "Privacy options". Without consent, ads are not personalized.
- US states (California CCPA/CPRA, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others): exercise your right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information with the same "Privacy options" button. You will not be treated differently for exercising any right.
- iOS: Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown; if you decline, ads are not personalized.
- Device level: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android and iOS settings.
- Notifications: turn them off with the Settings → Reminders switch or in your device's notification settings.
- Delete my data: uninstalling the App removes all game data stored on the device. We keep no data about you on any server.
Retention
Ads-SDK data is kept according to Google's own policies. Purchase records stay with the store. Data on your device stays there until you delete it.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13; it is listed for ages 13 and up, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, write to us and we will delete it.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK and applicable US state laws you may ask what data we process, request access, correction or deletion, object to processing, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Send requests to support@candeogames.com; we answer within 30 days. Because we keep no accounts, we may need your device's advertising ID to match a request to any data.

This policy may be updated; the current version and its date are always published on this page.
