Block Chroma
1. Acceptance
The App is published by Candeo Games LLC ("we"). Contact: support@candeogames.com
By downloading or using the Block Chroma game ("the App") you agree to these terms.
2. License
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or redistributing the App is prohibited.
3. Purchases and Sparks
In-app purchases such as "Remove Ads" and Spark packs are processed via Google Play / the App Store and are subject to the respective store's refund policies. The "Remove Ads" purchase can be restored on the same store account via "Restore purchases". Sparks are a virtual currency used only inside the App; they have no real-world value, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged for money. Sparks and game progress are stored on your device and may not be recoverable if you change devices or uninstall the App.
4. Advertising
The App may display third-party ads (Google AdMob). Ad providers are responsible for ad content. Rewarded ads are optional ads that grant an in-game reward for watching them.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is given that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and liability for indirect damages is excluded.
